Agric School Development
About ASD
A development initiative focused on practical farming, graduate empowerment and food security.
Agric School Development (ASD) was established in 2024 to address the growing demand for food production and sustainable farming in South Africa.
Founded by Director Mxolisi Sydwell Masiti, who grew up in Mpumalanga Province, ASD was inspired by real-world experience in supplying fruit and vegetables to retailers across Mpumalanga and Gauteng.
Through this experience, the need for more skilled farmers, stronger agricultural development and practical graduate placement became clear.
To develop a new generation of skilled farmers and contribute to a food-secure South Africa.
To provide practical agricultural training, mentorship and market exposure to students and graduates.
